For the Spring and Summer semesters, THEMA is pleased to welcome several visiting researchers, who will contribute to the scientific life of the department through exchanges with faculty members, seminars, and ongoing research collaborations.

In May and June, the department will host:

• Anna Maria Mayda (Georgetown University). Fields: international migration; international trade; political economy.
• Simon Anderson (University of Virginia). Fields: industrial organization; media economics; advertising; search and information economics.
• Pedro Gomes (Birkbeck Business School). Fields: macroeconomics; fiscal policy; labour markets.
• Nathalie Mathieu-Bolh (University of Vermont). Fields: macroeconomics; public finance.
