The International Consumer Brand Relationship Conference is the world’s leading networking & educational event in the field of marketing. Since the first conference in 2010, it brings together researchers and practitioners with an interest in the relationships consumers have with brands. It brings together research on brand attachment, brand love, brand passion, engagement, loyalty, advocacy, brand hate, as well as consumer–brand interactions in digital, social media, and AI-mediated environments, brand communities, inclusivity, sustainability, luxury, and heritage branding.
The conference welcomes multiple submission formats, including full papers, works-in-progress, case studies, videography submissions, and pedagogical or methodological innovations in marketing.
